after you get in touch the following steps will happen.
we will get in touch by email ask what condition the property is in and what you want to achieve and what concerns you have.
if you are still interested we will ask for the property information e.g where it is how many bedrooms the property has and what condition you can see the property in as a short term let i.e luxury or a clean safe environment for contractors.
we will run free due diligence showing on paper what you can realistically achieve and the target market also what regulation there is that needs to be followed.
then instructions on home the property can be furnished or a recommended furnishing team to come in.
if happy contract signed professorial photos in place and then will be advertised professionally and let the bookings come in.
